GDPR. Your rights.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) gives you a number of rights concerning your personal data. Each right and its legal basis is described below.

  • Article 15 GDPR

    Right of access

    You can ask what personal data we process and receive a copy.

  • Article 16 GDPR

    Right to rectification

    If your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask for it to be corrected.

  • Article 17 GDPR

    Right to erasure (the right to be forgotten)

    You can ask us to delete your data if it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

  • Article 18 GDPR

    Right to restrict processing

    You may ask us to temporarily restrict processing of your data, for example while we consider an objection.

  • Article 20 GDPR

    Right to data portability

    You have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

  • Article 21 GDPR

    Right to object

    You can object to processing based on the controller's legitimate interests.

  • Article 77 GDPR

    Right to lodge a complaint

    You can lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office at uodo.gov.pl if you believe your rights have been violated.
